Google Ads for Dental Clinics & Local Service Businesses
Be considered when nearby customers are actively looking for your service.
Tell us your goals. Scope and next steps agreed before work begins.
Meet an existing need
Google Search advertising can put your business in front of people searching for a service or provider. Someone looking for a dental implant consultation in your city has a different starting point from someone casually viewing a social feed. That difference should shape the message, destination and budget.
Search advertising is not the same as improving your organic rankings, and paying for ads does not buy a higher organic position. It is a separate acquisition channel with its own costs and reporting.
Choose searches that match the business
A useful plan starts with the services you want to grow and the area you can realistically serve. Treatment research, training courses, jobs and supplier searches may contain similar words but have very different intent. Reviewing actual search terms helps identify spending that is not reaching potential clients.
For a local clinic, the enquiry path should make location, consultation options and contact details easy to find. For a business attracting travelling patients, the page needs to address that journey explicitly rather than pretend every visitor is local.
What a scoped engagement can cover
Google Ads work is discussed and scoped around your account and market. We confirm the delivery requirements, account access and management scope before an engagement.
- Account and existing campaign review, where access is available.
- Search themes, geographic coverage and exclusions.
- Ad copy that matches the offer and destination page.
- Conversion measurement and a review of what counts as a lead.
- Search-term review and ongoing improvement within the agreed scope.
Your advertising budget is paid to Google separately from service fees. Do not assume the Meta management calculator represents a Google Ads quotation.
Send each search to a relevant page
A broad homepage can leave a motivated visitor searching again. A service-specific landing page should answer what you offer, where you provide it, why someone should consider you and how to take the next step. Make the phone number and enquiry form usable on mobile.
For example, an implant consultation ad should lead to an implant consultation page, not a generic list of every dental service. The page should explain the assessment without promising that everyone qualifies for treatment.
Measure beyond a recorded conversion
A call click does not prove that a call was answered. A completed form does not prove that the person attended. Agree the reporting stages, review irrelevant enquiries and compare costs with qualified conversations and bookings where those records are available.
Is Search better than Meta advertising?
They serve different discovery patterns. Search responds to active demand; Meta can introduce an offer earlier. The right starting point depends on demand, competition, budget and the strength of your offer.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Your website, target locations, priority services, existing account access if applicable and an indication of your available consultation capacity.
